Many would say ‘falling into grass from the esteemed grace’ is a curse but this is possibility as part of realities of life. All assets are liabilities by deep meditation. The author wrote ‘The rich, individuals, institutions, communities, associations and nations, could afford a lot of luxurious materials; they could explore the virgin lands and new business opportunities with their wealth and accessibility to countless resources; they could afford to have skyscrapers as malls, hotels, office complex, relaxation parks, they could have distinct fly-overs, enjoy luxuries of the underground trains, procure artificial technologies and robotics to run the systems, rich men, regardless of gender and age, could afford to recruit foot soldiers as employees and aides among the best brains anywhere in the world no matter the cost; they dine and wine with kings and Queens, Presidents and Ministers and indirectly control the spiritual leaders by the humongous wealth at their beck and call; nations could afford to have first class social institutions, nations could have several satellites launched at the space, huge budgets could be sunk to transform the ecosystems to become hubs for tourists and investors, individuals could have mansions built on water surfaces even in the air, they could prefer oxygen room to plan against last breathe as a living being, they could pay for medical expenses at any top class hospitals across the globe among several other luxuries they have at their fingertips. At the time of acquiring these, they never consider the cost of maintenance. And the cost is usually in multiples of the building or procuring cost. In short, all the assets would soon become liabilities giving depression and hypertension to them or the heirs’. In order to remain influential, several life threatening risks shall be taken. Major gains of the assets of the rich are the enjoyments at the early periods when they are procured. At the time the assets are getting faults, the rich starts to entering into poverty.
